Service leads generated through digital, referral and relevant sources.
Maintain daily reports of Fresh Calls, Site visits expected and Follow up calls on CRM. Ensure 100% Compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Under Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in Tele calling.
Ability to take high call volumes.
Possess valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
