Role Description The Pre-Sales Business Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves closely collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and map them to Pericent’s BPM and DMS solutions. The Pre-Sales Business Analyst prepares and delivers product demonstrations, creates solution proposals, and supports responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Daily tasks include gathering and documenting client needs, performing gap analysis, preparing functional documents, and coordinating with product and implementation teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. The role also includes engaging with prospective clients, clarifying technical and functional queries,



and contributing to sales enablement materials such as presentations and case studies.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Business Analytics capabilities to understand client processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, present solutions, and collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams.

Candidates should possess Sales-oriented skills to support pre-sales activities, build value propositions, and contribute to closing opportunities.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field are beneficial.

Experience with enterprise software, BPM, DMS, or SaaS solutions, and familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., NBFC, Healthcare, Government) is an advantage.

Ability to create clear presentations, proposals, and documentation; strong attention to detail; and comfort working in a client-facing, on-site environment.
