Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead the Pre-Primary Wing (Nursery to UKG) of our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teachers while ensuring the effective implementation of a child-centric curriculum in accordance with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the Pre-Primary Wing.

- Guide and mentor teachers in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum aligned with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.

- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

- Monitor lesson plans, assessments, portfolios, and student progress records.

- Plan and coordinate teacher training, workshops, and professional development initiatives.

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.

- Coordinate school events, celebrations, assemblies, and co-curricular activities for the pre-primary section.

- Ensure adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with the Principal and other academic leaders to achieve the school's educational goals.

Qualifications





- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.

- B.Ed. along with a Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Montessori education.

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role in a CBSE school preferred.

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and CBSE/NEP 2020 guidelines.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective planning, organizational, and classroom observation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems.

- Ability to engage with parents and manage stakeholder relationships professionally.
