About The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and strategic PR Manager who can lead client accounts, mentor teams, and deliver impactful communication campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a robust understanding of media, storytelling, and reputation management.

As a PR Manager, you'll oversee multiple client portfolios, guide junior team members, contribute to business development, and ensure campaigns are executed with excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts.

- Develop integrated communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic counsel and proactive recommendations.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand account scope.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work across all accounts.

- Team Management &

- Development

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of PR professionals.

- Review content, media pitches, presentations, and client deliverables.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

- Delegate work effectively while maintaining quality and timelines.

- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

- Media Relations &

- Campaign Execution

- Build and maintain solid relationships with journalists across business, corporate, startup, trade, and mainstream media.

- Lead media outreach and secure meaningful coverage for clients.

- Oversee the development of press releases, media notes, bylined articles, founder profiles, thought leadership content, and key messaging.

- Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for clients.

- Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

- Business Development

- Support new business opportunities through research, proposals, and pitch presentations.





- Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts.

- Contribute strategic ideas during pitch development and client presentations.

- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders.

- Operations &

- Reporting

- Manage account profitability, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

- Track campaign performance and prepare insightful client reports.

- Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency.

- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Digital, Creative, Research, and Content.

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of corporate communications, media relations, and strategic storytelling.

- Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Strong media network across business, corporate, startup, and sector-specific publications.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.

- Experience mentoring and managing junior team members.

Requisites

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications.

- Prior PR agency experience is mandatory.

- Experience handling multiple clients across sectors such as Corporate, Technology, Startup, Consumer, Healthcare, Education, Lifestyle, or Public Policy.

- Demonstrated experience leading client relationships independently.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Established media relationships across national and trade publications.

- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
