We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (AM) to manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination for our spice manufacturing plant. The candidate will ensure timely execution of production plans, optimum utilization of resources, and coordination across Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Release production orders and monitor execution as per the production schedule.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely availability of raw and packing materials.




- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Track RM, PM, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory levels.
- Optimize machine utilization and production capacity.
- Prepare daily production MIS, planning reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Quality and Dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, Food Safety, and company standards.
- Work on SAP/ERP for production planning and inventory management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- 36 years of PPC experience in Spice, Food Processing, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Control, and Capacity Planning.
- Good knowledge of SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
