We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented PPC Executive to take direct ownership of our paid search and performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you will plan, execute, and scale paid ad accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a sharp focus on budget optimization, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and creative testing to lower CAC and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and scale performance-focused campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

- Optimization & Bidding: Continuously refine bids, conduct keyword expansion, update negative keyword lists, and tune audience targeting for optimal account efficiency.

- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage conversion tracking, event triggers, and data pipelines using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and platform pixels.

- A/B Testing & Creative Strategy: Test ad copy, visual creative assets, audience segments, and landing page funnels to boost Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CR).

- Performance Reporting: Monitor daily/monthly ad spend, control budgets, and deliver clear performance reports tracking key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR).

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside content, design, and web development teams to craft high-converting ad assets and landing pages.

- Industry Insights: Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.





Required Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience directly managing medium-to-large budget PPC accounts.

- Platform Mastery: Solid proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate campaign data into actionable optimization strategies and readable reports.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Search, Display, or Measurement certifications are a plus.

Work Details & Schedule

- Location: In-Office (Mohali) — Face-to-face interview mandatory

- Shift Timings: 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
