Role: Lead Solution Architect – Governance Platform Modernization

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Lead Solution Architect to assess, modernize, and define the future architecture for an enterprise Governance Platform. The role will focus on evaluating the existing Microsoft Power Platform solution, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing a scalable, executive-friendly solution that supports governance workflows, approvals, reporting, and decision management.

The ideal candidate will have strong Solution Architecture experience, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, AWS integration, and the ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the current Power Apps / Power Platform solution and identify gaps in user experience, architecture, performance, security, workflow, and maintainability.
- Lead discovery workshops with business users, executives, operations teams, IT, and security stakeholders.
- Define the target-state architecture and recommend the right modernization approach.
- Evaluate options including Power Platform enhancement, modern web experience layers (React/Next.js), Power Pages, workflow platforms, and custom solutions where required.
- Design governance workflows including requests, approvals, delegation, scheduling, agenda management, document handling,



notifications, and reporting.
- Define MVP scope, roadmap, architecture recommendations, risks, and implementation approach.
- Produce executive-ready architecture documents, decision papers, and technology recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture.
- Solid experience leading architecture discovery and consulting engagements.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Power BI
- Microsoft Graph
- Power Platform ALM
- Experience designing workflow, approval, and business process automation solutions.
- Understanding of AWS cloud architecture, APIs, integrations, and hybrid environments.
- Experience creating enterprise architecture documents, roadmaps, and technology assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with React / Next.js or modern web application architectures.
- Experience with BPM/workflow platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Pega, or similar.
- Experience with governance, portfolio management, PMO, committee management, or decision-management platforms.
- Experience designing executive dashboards and leadership portals.
- Exposure to AI-enabled business applications and document intelligence.
