Job Title: Power Platform Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead / Enterprise Power Platform Architect to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), DevOps, governance, and enterprise integration while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, develop, and support enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead the implementation of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
- Design scalable business applications, approval workflows, business process automation, AI-powered applications, and low-code/no-code enterprise solutions.
- Develop custom connectors, Dataverse tables, business rules, Power Fx formulas, plugins, cloud flows, and reusable solution components.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, REST APIs, SQL Server, SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise systems.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and governance models within the Development Center of Excellence (DevCoE).
- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, security assessments, technical audits, and performance optimization for Power Platform solutions.
- Establish and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, security, licensing, compliance, auditing, and administration.




- Design and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies, solution management, and environment governance.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Power Platform Build Tools, automated deployments, and solution packaging.
- Mentor development teams on Power Platform best practices, architecture standards, reusable components, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, infrastructure teams, and project managers to deliver scalable business solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, governance guidelines, and deployment documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on solution quality, automation, security, and delivery excellence.

- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
