We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and governing enterprise-scale low-code solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Power Platform, Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Establish and maintain Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and best practices.
- Manage application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD pipelines, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor platform adoption, performance, and usage metrics.
- Define governance standards,



environment strategies, and security controls.
- Support and mentor development teams on Power Platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD, and release management.
- Sound understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Power Platform Solution Architecture experience.
- Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide Power Platform adoption and governance.
