Responsibilities And Duties

- Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements

- Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters

- Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost

- Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

- Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards

Requirements

Qualifications and skills

- More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Power electronics (OBC, DCDC, HV Cables, HV Charger)



& Technologies like PCB, PCBA, Active /Passive Electronics components, Casting, machining, Stamping, Injection molding, Assembly in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;

- Strong knowledge of EV Power Electronics systems, specifically DC-DC Converters and On-Board Chargers (OBC), including power conversion topologies, Filtering concepts, control strategies, and HV/LV architectures

- Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;

- Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;

- English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;

- Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;

- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;

- Strong adaptability and flexibility, creative spirit;
