EXO Edge is hiring an experienced Power BI Developer to join our Data Analytics team. You will design, develop, evaluate, and test data infrastructures. Source system analysis, data modeling, business measure development, and report/visualization formatting. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations, and standards.

In your journey as a Power BI Developer, you will be:

Primarily Focused On

- Process of consolidating separate data and reporting suites
- Ensure business users are enabled with carefully curated data visualizations with accurate, reliable and consistent data to monitor contract performance and assist in decision making
- Determining reporting needs, developing and building reports, training users and establishing reporting cadences and processes

Fulfilling The Below Roles And Responsibilities Responsible for managing and optimizing the SharePoint environment, building workflows, and creating advanced paginated reports in Power BI.

- Leverage data sets and data flows.
- Shape and combine multiple data sources.
- Prepare data models.
- Build and demonstrate prototypes, visualizations, and reports.
- Explore ways to improve visualizations and data models.
- Collaborate with data and analytics team members.
- Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Power BI, Power Query, DAX and related technologies.
- Evaluate report performance metrics and implement improvements.

Bringing In The Below Experience

- 5+ years of experience as an IT business analyst working closely with the business and functionally designing reports.
- Experience in SharePoint administration, including permissions management and workflow development Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
- Solid proficiency in building paginated reports in Power BI and scheduling report distribution.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including proficiency in macros and complex formulas.




- Experience with property management budgeting processes, including renovations, stabilization, and lease-up.
- Expertise in setting up and managing permissions in SharePoint and implementing approval workflows.
- Experience with other Microsoft Office 365 applications, such as Teams and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for Power BI.

Technically Sound In SharePoint Administration:

- Set up and maintain folders, document libraries, lists, and other SharePoint components as required.
- Implement and maintain approval workflows to streamline business processes.
- Manage and administer SharePoint sites, including user access, permissions, and security settings.

Power BI Reporting

- Develop and design advanced paginated reports in Power BI to meet business requirements from multiple data sources, scheduling, and automation.
- Schedule and automate the distribution of paginated reports as needed.
- Utilize advanced Power BI features to Make insightful and interactive reports.
- Understanding and ability to create/manage relationships.
- Expected to manage and maintain a Data Warehouse.
- Highly proficient in Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) coding.

Excel Support

- Utilize Excel expertise to support budgeting processes, including correcting formulas and ensuring accurate logic.
- Provide support for budgeting activities related to property management, renovations, stabilization, and lease-up.

Knowledge Management

- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel.
- Share expertise and provide training to colleagues on SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel functionalities.

Data Flow Management

- Set up and manage log errors for Power BI data flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows and data sources.
