Back to All Jobs Power BI Developer Business Intelligence Ahmedabad / Remote Full-time As per the market standards About The Role As a Power BI Developer at Hexanix One, you will be responsible for designing and building sophisticated business intelligence solutions for our enterprise clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into visually compelling, interactive dashboards that drive data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

Write complex DAX calculations and optimize data models

Implement row-level security and data governance policies

Design and maintain Power BI deployment pipelines

Conduct user training and create documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs

Optimize report performance and query efficiency

Establish BI best practices and standards Required Qualifications 3+ years of Power BI development experience

Advanced DAX and Power Query skills





Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas

Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, and deployment

Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts

Excellent visualization and storytelling abilities

Robust communication skills and client-facing experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have Microsoft Power BI certification

Experience with Tabular Editor or ALM Toolkit

Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics

Experience with embedded analytics

Knowledge of Azure data services
