Key Responsibilities

- Operate pouch-making machines efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
- Set up machines for different pouch types and sizes.
- Produce pouches such as:
- Three Side Seal Pouches
- Center Seal Pouches
- Stand-Up Pouches
- Zip Lock Pouches
- Gusset Pouches
- Vacuum Pouches
- Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings for optimum performance.
- Ensure proper sealing, cutting, alignment, and pouch dimensions.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and maintain product quality standards.
- Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, escalating major breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily reports.
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and 5S practices.
