Role & responsibilities-

1. Academic Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to Classes as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual planners, lesson plans, and daily teaching schedules.
- Deliver engaging, student-centric, and concept-based lessons.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, ICT tools, and practical applications.
- Encourage problem-solving and mathematical reasoning.

2. Curriculum Planning

- Complete the prescribed syllabus within the stipulated timeline.
- Design worksheets, assignments, projects, and revision material.
- Prepare question papers, sample papers, and competency-based assessments.
- Develop HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) and case-study-based questions.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct periodic assessments, unit tests, practical evaluations, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer scripts accurately and submit results within deadlines.
- Maintain students' academic records and progress reports.




- Analyse examination results and implement improvement strategies.

4. Student Development

- Identify slow and advanced learners.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes.
- Prepare students for Board Examinations and competitive examinations wherever applicable.
- Mentor students academically and personally.

5. Classroom Management

- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning setting.
- Ensure effective classroom management.
- Promote critical thinking, collaboration, and active participation.

6. Technology Integration

- Use Smart Boards, PowerPoint presentations, simulations, GeoGebra, Desmos, and other digital teaching tools.
- Maintain digital teaching records and online assignments.
