Tech Support Engineer (Network Security & Cloud) - Bengaluru, Hybrid; Immediate Joining Required.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding IT Security, WAF, Firewalls, Networking products, and Cloud solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to security products, including AWAF, NGINX, Load balancers, and Cloud security.

- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and offer effective solutions to meet their security needs.

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of security products.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for customers and internal teams.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the network security domain.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Network Security and Cloud-related queries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent (BE/BTech/BSc/MSc).

- Strong working knowledge of IT Security, WAF, Firewalls, Networking products, and Cloud solutions.

- Prior experience with IT and Cloud Security Products, such as AWAF, NGINX, Load balancers, and Cloud security.

- Additional experience with F5, IMPERVA, RADWARE, CITRIX, and PALO ALTO will be considered an advantage.

- CCNA/CCNP/JCNA/F5 Certification will be an added advantage.

- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Network Security and Cloud support.
