About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Polish Language Specialists (B2/C1) to join our team as Process Associates. This is a 100% Work from Home opportunity open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer support to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email in the Polish language.

Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Adhere to quality, productivity, and service-level metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Stay updated on process changes, policies, and product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory: B2/C1 proficiency in the Polish language.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in BPO,



Customer Support, Customer Experience (CX), or International Process is preferred.

Freshers with excellent Polish language proficiency may also be considered.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home.
