Role Summary The Global HR Policy Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle frameworks across all TAC Security offices globally. This role will ensure that HR policies comply with local labor laws while maintaining consistency with the organization's global culture, values, and business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in employment legislation, policy governance, compliance, employee relations, and cross-functional stakeholder management .

Required Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related fie ld.Master's degree or MBA in HR preferr ed.8–12 years of HR experience, including significant experience in HR policy management and governan ce.Experience managing HR policies across multiple countri es.Strong understanding of global employment laws and HR complian ce.Experience working in multinational organizations is preferr ed.
