Key Responsibilities Support planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple fintech implementation projects.

Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.

Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Client teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Track project milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and utilization.

Organize governance meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.

Monitor project KPIs and create dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project governance, and documentation.

Support release planning, change management, and project audits.

Identify delivery risks and escalate issues to project leadership.





Facilitate communication between internal teams and banking/financial services clients.

Required Skills 7-10 years of PMO/Project Coordination experience in IT, Banking, or Fintech.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Solid analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
