Role Description The PM (Technical Installations) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South. This role oversees end-to-end planning and execution of technical installations for experiential spaces and events, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal design and production teams, vendors, and clients; managing project timelines and budgets; and supervising installation activities on-site. The PM monitors material flow, logistics, and inspection of technical components, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with safety and performance requirements. The role also involves documenting project progress,



preparing status reports, and supporting continuous improvement of installation processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, storage, and on-site handling of equipment and installation materials.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify technical installations, check quality and safety, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Relevant experience in technical installations for events, exhibits, or experiential environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand AV and interactive systems, and handle on-site problem-solving is advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, event technology, production, or a related field is preferred, with familiarity working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
