 Negotiations with clients, Agencies, Staff, management

 Client Presentations

 Plan project execution and submit report to the HOD Building

 Vendors managements

 Profit and Loss Analysis on quarterly basis

 Organizing all work activities

 Staffing

 Directing

 Controlling

 Revenue Generation

 Employees Retention

 Grievance Redressals

 Maintain work harmony between the team and the project in charge/manager

 Reports and ensure that per day targets are achieved for project execution
