- 3–5 years of experience
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of space planning, materials, and detailing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Interest in designing child-focused spaces
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and teams
- Design spaces and products that create meaningful impact in childhood development
- Manage site responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder and core design team
