Hiring: Platform Support SME Google Marketing Platform (DV360)

Experience: 3+ Years (Relevant)

Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Google Marketing Platform, primarily DV360.
- Resolve customer queries via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Troubleshoot campaign, platform, and billing-related issues.
- Guide customers on platform usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalations.
- Support account migrations, bulk uploads, and other platform initiatives.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in DV360.
- Knowledge of DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Ads,



DoubleClick products, or related ad platforms.
- Understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and digital advertising.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
- Google Marketing Platform certification is an added advantage.
