For one of our valued Clients in Switzerland (CH), a renowned company, we are currently looking for a Platform Engineer (fully remote) in the IT sector (Ref. No. 888375/1 ).

Please note that this is not a generic Platform Engineer role. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on SAP Signavio Administration experience , including platform operations, access management, governance, incident management, and integrations. Tasks:

- Administer SAP Signavio, including access management, SSO (Azure AD/SAML), and user provisioning.
- Manage Signavio incidents, service requests, and platform changes following ITIL processes.
- Support process mining operations, integrations (Celonis/Snowflake), and automation using SQL and Python

Your Profile:





- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, platform engineering, application support, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, ideally within Process Management & Governance (PM&G;) and Process Intelligence / Process Insights
- Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including user management, access control, and platform governance
- Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), SSO, SAML, and user provisioning processes
- Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and access requests following ITIL best practices
- Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM solutions
- Experience supporting or administering process mining solutions, ideally including Celonis
- Valuable working knowledge of SQL and experience with Python
- Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data integration environments
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification and/or SAP Signavio certification is highly desirable
