Role & Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure-as-code pipelines using Puppet to enforce system consistency across 500+ nodes.

Administer and automate DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services—ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with enterprise network policies.

Integrate Puppet with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to enable zero-touch provisioning and drift remediation.

Automate OS-level configuration, patch management, and compliance enforcement across Linux/Windows environments.





Collaborate with SRE and Security teams to harden infrastructure, implement policy-as-code, and reduce MTTR for outages.

Document architecture decisions, maintain runbooks, and mentor junior engineers on Puppet best practices and DDI operational workflows.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

Puppet Enterprise

DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

Terraform

Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)

Windows Server

Ansible (basic interoperability)

Git

CI/CD pipelines

Preferred

Infoblox or BlueCat DDI platforms

Puppet Bolt or Code Manager experience

Knowledge of Kubernetes infrastructure automation
