EDUCATION AND E
- XPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, or a rela
- ted field.Minimum of 8 years of experience within the manufacturing
- industry.Minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment;
experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is
- preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience applying and leading Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement in
- itiatives.Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certification, or comparable continuous improvement certification
- preferred.Demonstrated advanced leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, tactical execution, effective communication, and sound decisi
- on-making.Experience with planning, purchasing, sourcing, warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, logistics, and/or manufacturing engineering is
