Role & responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.

- Perform quantity estimation and prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and project execution.

- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certificates.

- Track project progress against planned schedules and generate progress reports.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for billing and planning activities.

- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.

- Maintain project documentation, billing records, and contractual documents.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract conditions, and company standards.
