- Hands-on configuration experience in a CRM, CS platform, or comparable enterprise SaaS environment; not documentation or process support, but direct build experience.
- Development depth: proficiency in at least one programming language and working knowledge of connectors and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, data lakes, APIs, webhooks & scripting).
- Technical risk awareness: the ability to identify and articulate risks and dependencies when changes impact data integrity, platform configuration, or integration behavior, before they become problems.
- Structured communication: able to ask the right questions, pressure-test requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally before recommending an approach.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Techno-Functional PlanHat Consultant to join our client's Scrum team. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of technical expertise in the Planhat platform and functional understanding of customer success processes. The role involves configuring the platform, managing customer data, enabling integrations,



and driving insights to improve customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and manage PlanHat for customer success operations
- Maintain and analyze customer data, health scores, and lifecycle metrics
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Work closely with Scrum teams to support ongoing enhancements and releases
- Enable and manage integrations with CRM and other enterprise tools
- Translate business requirements into scalable PlanHat solutions
- Provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with PlanHat platform
- Robust understanding of customer success processes and KPIs
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of integrations (API/CRM tools) is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
