We are seeking an experienced Planisware Lead with expertise in Planisware CAPEX and Planisware PLM (Enterprise/OPX2) to lead end-to-end implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support of enterprise PPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on expertise delivering Planisware solutions in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Planisware implementation, upgrade, migration, and support initiatives.

- Design and configure CAPEX, PLM, resource management, workflow, and reporting solutions.

- Integrate Planisware with enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.

- Drive solution architecture, governance, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

- Develop and maintain integrations using SQL, APIs, and enterprise middleware.





- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Planisware best practices.

- Ensure platform optimization, performance, support, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Planisware Enterprise / OPX2

- Hands-on experience in Planisware CAPEX and PLM

- Expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Experience with Planisware configuration, administration, and reporting

- Solid knowledge of SQL and API integrations

- Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
