Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant job openings from various job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Reach out to companies and HR professionals to identify hiring opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with organizations for placement collaborations.
- Identify job openings that align with the courses and programs offered by our institute.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure suitable opportunities are shared with students.
- Maintain accurate records of company interactions and job opportunities.
- Follow up with recruiters and keep placement data updated.

- Candidates with prior internships in HR, recruitment, placement, business development, or related fields will have an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with a strong willingness to learn.
- Highly active, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online job portals is a plus.
