About the role

Theody Svadhyay is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement & Corporate Relations Manager to strengthen our placement ecosystem by building corporate partnerships, driving placement initiatives, and connecting talented candidates with leading employers.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate relations, talent acquisition, or placement management, along with a strong professional network and the ability to develop long-term relationships with hiring organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hiring organizations across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and other industries.

Drive end-to-end placement activities, including campus hiring, recruitment drives, internship opportunities, and employer engagement initiatives.

Build and leverage a professional network of 100+ corporate contacts, including HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.

Coordinate with corporate partners to identify hiring requirements and placement opportunities for students and candidates.

Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and networking events.

Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with current industry hiring trends and skill requirements.

Track placement pipelines, employer interactions, candidate progress, and placement reports.





Achieve monthly and quarterly placement and partnership targets.

Represent Theody Svadhyay at job fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to strengthen corporate relationships. Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in Placement Consulting, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Business Development.

Proven experience working with 100+ corporate clients or hiring partners.

Good network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.

Strong understanding of campus hiring, recruitment processes, and employer expectations.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple hiring requirements, and meet placement targets.

Preferred

Skills

Experience working with educational institutions, training organizations, or EdTech companies.

Knowledge of placement processes, internship programs, and corporate partnership development.

Experience negotiating MoUs, placement agreements, and hiring partnerships.

Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
