Job Title: Pizza & Pasta Chef Location: Pizza Ricotta Signature Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Pizza Ricotta Signature is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza & Pasta Chef who can prepare authentic, high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining consistency, speed, cleanliness, and food safety. The ideal candidate should have experience with hand-stretched pizzas, fresh pasta preparation, and operating a skilled pizza oven.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and bake artisan pizzas according to standard recipes.

- Prepare fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian appetizers.
- Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and storage.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Train junior kitchen staff when required.





Requirements - 2–5 years of experience as a Pizza or Italian Cuisine Chef.

- Experience with commercial pizza ovens and dough fermentation.
- Good knowledge of Italian sauces, pasta, and pizza preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills - Experience with wood-fired or stone-deck ovens.

- Knowledge of food costing and portion control.
- Ability to introduce seasonal or signature menu items.
