(Based in Himachal Pradesh – Onsite / Field Role) About Clixi Clixi is building the future of mobility for Himachal Pradesh — a ride-hailing and delivery platform made for small towns and mountain regions. We connect riders with local drivers in a fair, transparent way while creating new income opportunities in the community. We’re looking for a Driver Onboarding Agent who can meet, sign up, and guide recent drivers every day — making sure they start earning quickly and confidently.

What You’ll Do Actively reach out to local taxi drivers, bike taxi riders, and delivery drivers to join Clixi.

Help new drivers install the app, complete their KYC documentation, and get started.

Guide drivers through the wallet top-up process and explain app features.

Share safety requirements and best practices set by the government and Clixi.

Report daily onboarding numbers and field insights to the operations team. What We’re Looking For Location: Must be based in Himachal Pradesh (knowledge of local transport networks is a big plus).

Experience: 0–2 years in field sales,



driver recruitment, or similar roles.

Basic smartphone/app handling skills.
