Warke. The clinic offers a multidisciplinary ecosystem of health professionals focused on helping each client achieve their individual goals through client-centric treatment planning and execution. Services include sports and orthopaedic physiotherapy, yoga, sports and deep tissue massage, plantar pressure analysis for footwear advice, running gait analysis, and blood flow restriction therapy. The team is driven by values of teamwork, performance, and empowering clients to live to their fullest potential, supported by the founder’s strong background in neurological and sports rehabilitation and her own endurance sports experience.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist role based in Thane at PhysioQinesis Performance Lab. The Physiotherapist will assess clients’ conditions, conduct thorough musculoskeletal and functional evaluations, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
Daily responsibilities include delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, supervising exercise and rehabilitation programs, and documenting progress using clear, accurate clinical notes. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, educating clients on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization, and contributing to a supportive,
client-centered clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy expertise: Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Sports and performance skills: Experience or interest in sports physiotherapy, return-to-sport protocols, running gait analysis, and performance optimization.
- Holistic care and allied techniques: Familiarity with orthopaedic physiotherapy, yoga-based rehabilitation, deep tissue/sports massage, and related therapeutic modalities.
- Patient-centered communication: Ability to build rapport, explain treatment plans clearly, motivate clients, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Education and credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required.
- Professional competencies: Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, commitment to evidence-based practice, and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
- Preferred experience: Prior work in sports or orthopaedic rehabilitation settings; experience with plantar pressure analysis, running gait assessment, or blood flow restriction therapy is an advantage.
