Job Overview We are seeking an experienced PHP Lead to drive the development of high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP and Symfony or Laravel, along with a solid understanding of REST API architecture. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, ensuring best coding practices, Agile methodologies, and efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance web applications using PHP and Symfony or Laravel.
- Design and optimize high-performance REST APIs.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Maintain Agile workflows, including JIRA board tracking and sprint planning.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Stay updated with emerging PHP trends, tools, and best practices.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in PHP development.
- 2+ years of experience in Symfony or Laravel framework.
- Strong expertise in REST API request/response handling.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and database design.
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Nice to Have

- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and server management.
