Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Phonics, English and Communications Expert working with both toddlers and working professionals, as well as learners across grades in Indian regions and domestic settings. The expert will design and deliver structured English and phonics lessons, tailored to different age groups and proficiency levels, using interactive and engaging teaching methods.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting live online sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized feedback to support language development and communication skills. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, creating learning materials and activities, and maintaining clear communication with parents, guardians, and adult learners about goals and outcomes. The expert will ensure a supportive,



inclusive learning environment and use digital tools to track performance and continuously enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching skills, including phonics instruction and language development for toddlers, school-age learners, and working professionals.
- Excellent Communication abilities for delivering clear lessons, explaining concepts, and engaging diverse learners in online settings.
- Translation capabilities to support multilingual learners, especially in Indian regions, and to clarify concepts across languages when needed.
- Customer Service skills for professional interaction with parents, guardians, and adult learners, addressing queries and maintaining learner satisfaction.
- Training experience in designing and conducting structured learning programs, workshops, and skill-building sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field; formal teacher training or TESOL/TEFL certification is an advantage.
- Experience teaching online or in blended learning environments, with proficiency in common e-learning platforms and digital classroom tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules across time zones, and adapt teaching strategies to learner needs.
