Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Recruiter with solid hands-on recruitment experience in the Manila, Philippines market . This is an individual contributor (IC)

role requiring a self-driven recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and finance-related positions across the Manila region. Candidates must have prior recruitment experience specifically for the Manila/Philippines market

, with a strong understanding of local hiring practices, employment policies, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Manila (Philippines) hiring requirements.
- Handle IT lateral hiring for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and/or FTE (Full-Time Employment) positions.
- Source, screen, validate, and shortlist candidate profiles for hiring managers.
- Conduct recruiter screening calls and coordinate manager interviews.
- Perform candidate validation, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Manage high-volume entry-level and lateral hiring requirements.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.
- Own intake communication and maintain regular hiring updates with stakeholders.




- Ensure compliance with Philippines hiring policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices .
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of assigned requisitions.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records using Workday ATS .

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the Manila, Philippines market (mandatory).
- Proven experience in IT recruitment , including C2H and/or FTE hiring .
- Strong exposure to lateral hiring in the Manila/Philippines region.
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Strong profile screening, candidate assessment, and validation experience.
- Good understanding of Philippines labor laws, employment policies, and market trends .
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and ownership mindset.

Mandatory Requirement

- Prior recruitment experience specifically for the Manila, Philippines region must be clearly reflected in the candidates resume.
