Academic Responsibilities

Teach History to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum in Hindi Medium

Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and daily lesson plans.

Deliver interactive, student-centred lessons using wide-ranging teaching methodologies.

Integrate maps, historical sources, ICT tools, and project-based learning into classroom instruction.

Prepare students for board examinations through systematic revision and practice.

Encourage analytical thinking, discussion, and historical interpretation.

Assessment & Evaluation

Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and project guidelines.

Conduct periodic assessments and maintain accurate academic records.

Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback.

Analyse student performance and implement remedial and enrichment programmes.

Classroom Management

Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.

Promote values of respect,



responsibility, and inclusiveness.

Student Support

Identify individual learning needs and provide academic guidance.

Mentor students and support their overall development.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Documentation & Administration

Maintain Teacher's Diary, lesson plans, attendance registers, assessment records, and student portfolios.

Submit reports and documentation within prescribed timelines.

Participate in departmental meetings, staff meetings, and school events.

Professional Development

Attend workshops, seminars, and training programmes.

Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and contemporary teaching practices.

Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
