Job Title: PGT English Teacher

Location: Fazilka, Punjab

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated P GT English Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in English language and literature, improving students’ communication skills, and fostering a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English (Grammar, Literature, Writing, and Communication Skills) to middle and secondary classes
- Plan and deliver effective lesson plans as per CBSE curriculum
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Encourage creative writing, debates, and language activities




- Conduct regular tests and support students in exam preparation
- Maintain student records and academic progress reports
- Participate in school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English (B.A./M.A. English)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience with CBSE curriculum is an advantage

Required Skills:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use modern teaching methods and digital tools
- Creative and student-focused teaching approach
