About the Role

Focus: Results, high-impact storytelling, and end-to-end project ownership.

We are looking for a versatile Performance Video & Motion Designer to craft high-impact video content that drives results. If you are strong in design, editing, and motion, and are excited to redefine how we tell stories through ads, promos, and tutorials, this role is for you.

Your Impact:

- End-to-End Ownership: You will take full responsibility for project delivery, including sound design, music selection, and pacing to ensure every cut is polished.
- Drive Engagement: Create compelling visual content for performance ads and brand campaigns that demand attention.
- Modernize Workflows: Use modern AI video/image models to enhance creative output without losing brand consistency or polish.
- Collaborate:



Partner closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure our visual strategy hits the mark every time.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in motion design and editing, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Strong technical skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Solid grasp of fundamental motion principles: timing, composition, and visual narrative.
- Comfortable handling the full audio-visual experience, from sound design to final exports.
- Experience using advanced tools, including AI-driven production workflows.
- Bonus: Expertise in 3D design or building complex, scalable After Effects systems.

Bonus Skills

- 3D skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal, Houdini, or similar
- Experience building templates and workflows such as MOGRTs, reusable After Effects systems, or advanced compositing and VFX
