Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing for web and enterprise applications.

- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.

- Monitor application, server, and database performance during test execution.

- Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

- Validate application scalability, reliability, and stability under varying workloads.

- Ensure applications meet defined performance benchmarks and SLA requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 37 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.

- Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Good understanding of Performance Testing methodologies (Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume).

- Experience in Web Application and REST API Performance Testing.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and performance monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Windows/Linux environments.

- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
