Full-Time Oppurtunity Job Summar yWe are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Test Architect with 12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and executing enterprise-scale performance testing strategies using Apache JMeter. Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca is mandatory, including integration of functional and performance testing processes.

The candidate should be capable of leading performance initiatives, mentoring teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving performance engineering best practices across large-scale applications .

Key Responsibiliti esDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for enterprise application s.Create and maintain reusable performance test scripts using Apache JMete r.Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testin g.Analyze performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, database, APIs, and infrastructure layer s.Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance issue s.Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, KPIs, and acceptance criteri a.Develop workload models based on production traffic and business requirement s.Prepare detailed performance analysis reports with actionable recommendation s.Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipeline s.Utilize Tricentis Tosca (Mandatory) for test automation, test management,
