We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our paid advertising and SEO strategy. You'll manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, test and refresh creative assets, analyze performance data, and continuously improve ROI. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution and optimization.

What You'll Do:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns daily

- Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and adjust budgets/targeting in real-time

- Test new creatives, audiences, and ad copy; identify winning combinations

- Manage SEO and organic search strategy

- Create performance reports and recommend optimizations

- Coordinate with content/creative team on ad refresh cycles





- Track and improve cost per acquisition and conversion rates

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads

- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics

- Ability to interpret data and make quick optimization decisions

- Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis

- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven

- Solid written and verbal communication

This is an execution-focused role. No team management expected.
