We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate is deeply proficient in Meta advertising, Google Ads ecosystem, and organic SEO, someone who can independently plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid and organic channels to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. 1.

Key Responsibilities A) Meta Advertising • Plan, build, and manage end-to-end Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — including Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App Promotion, and Conversion objectives.

- Set up and manage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Dynamic Ads, and Catalogue-based retargeting.
- Build and segment audiences using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and detailed interest/behavioural targeting.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Event Manager to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bid strategies.
- Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance daily; optimise for CPL, ROAS, and CPA targets. B) Google Ads • Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), Shopping (PMax & Standard), App, and Demand Gen.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, build negative keyword lists, and structure campaigns/ad groups for quality score optimisation.
- Write compelling ad copy and work with design teams on display and video creatives.
- Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Leverage Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximise Conversions) and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Manage Google Merchant Centre feeds and troubleshoot product disapprovals for Shopping campaigns. C) Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) • Conduct comprehensive on-page, off-page,



and technical SEO audits for client websites.
- Perform keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and content opportunity mapping.
- Optimise meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and oversee content briefs, blog calendars, and SEO-driven landing page creation.
- Build and manage white-hat link acquisition strategies and manage local SEO (Google Business Profile).
- Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog to monitor rankings, traffic, and health. D) Reporting & Analytics • Create and maintain live dashboards and monthly performance reports for client accounts using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform-native reporting.
- Analyse funnel performance, attribution models, and audience behaviour to surface actionable insights.
- Translate data into clear, jargon-free recommendations for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Track and manage budgets across accounts; flag risks and opportunities proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a digital or integrated marketing agency.

- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing, and CAPI/Pixel setup.
- Proficiency in Google Ads across at least 3+ campaign types (Search, Shopping, Video, Display, or PMax).
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices across technical, on-page, and off-page pillars.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) or similar reporting tools.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal , with a client-facing ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
