KneeXpert is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, patient acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.



Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets exceeding ₹10 Lakhs while maximizing ROI.

Performance

Optimization

Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC, and LTV. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments. Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce acquisition costs. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Forecast campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the creative, content, design, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns. Coordinate with website developers to improve landing page performance and conversion rates. Mentor junior marketing team members and ensure best practices are followed.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA (Marketing) preferred Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage Experience





5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing Proven experience managing ₹10 Lakhs+ monthly advertising budgets Experience in healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, education, or service-based industries preferred Technical Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and digital marketing funnels Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and remarketing strategies Key Competencies
