Neolook.ai is hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Executive for an urgent requirement. We are specifically looking for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads and prior experience working with D2C brands.
Mandatory Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
Prior experience working with a D2C or e-commerce brand.
Ability to independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion optimization, retargeting, and audience targeting.
This role is best suited for candidates with practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and D2C performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
Drive customer acquisition,
lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Manage campaign budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment
