We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads in the Indian market for NEET prep and MBBS abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy development across paid channels
- Campaign execution on Google & Meta platforms
- Lead generation & funnel optimization
- Budget allocation & ROI maximization
- A/B testing & performance optimization
- Data analysis and reporting (CAC, ROAS, conversions)
- Cross-team collaboration with sales & creatives
- Staying updated with trends and platform changes

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Proven education lead generation experience
- Analytical mindset & data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and execution skills
