Designation- Performance Marketing Manager
Experience- 3 to 6 yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Drive external traffic to marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.) through paid digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROAS, sales, and profitability.
- Improve marketplace visibility, conversions, and organic rankings through external traffic initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketplace, Brand, and Creative teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Support recent product launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track key KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and incremental sales.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
