Experience: Minimum 5 Years We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing.
- Develop and execute lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate, and continuously optimize performance.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Prepare detailed campaign reports and provide actionable insights to clients and management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates,



and best practices in digital advertising.

Required

Skills

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of attribution models, pixel implementation, event tracking, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and achieve performance targets. Preferred:
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. Only candidates with relevant performance marketing experience should apply. Applications from candidates without hands-on experience in Google and Meta paid advertising will not be considered. Immediate joiner preferred!
