We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer to own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive measurable growth for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google,and YouTube
- Own ROAS targets and media budgets for multiple client accounts
- Build and test creative briefs to improve ad performance
- Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team on scroll-stopping content
- Have worked with D2C, Real estate or Hospitality brands
What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred)
- Track record managing atleast ₹20L+ monthly ad budgets
- Robust analytical mindset — you live in dashboards
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Jio Ads
- Desire to get clients higher, not just campaigns out the door
