Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Manage high-budget campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data-driven insights.

Implement conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.

Conduct A/B testing and collaborate with creative and analytics teams.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

Mandatory BFSI industry experience.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and campaign optimization.

Experience with App Install campaigns will be preferred.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Must be based in Mumbai.
